Pass the Salt

I love salt. It’s an uncommon ingredient in cocktails (beyond the margarita) but can add loads of flavor with a pinch. To learn a little more about the role of salt in drinks, I talked to my friend Clay at Short & Main in Gloucester, one of the best cocktail destinations on the North Shore.
